MEMBERSHIP OF E-BUYS

E-Buys is a members club that offers significant discounts on popular perfume and cosmetic brands.

Your membership with E-Buys is a continuous subscription, with the first 10 days free.

All transactions are processed via credit card (Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard).

Payment processing fees are covered by E-Buys and are included in the product prices and membership fees shown on the website.

You can view your previous payments and orders by logging into your account via the lock icon in the top right corner of the homepage.

Only individuals aged 18 or older can become members.

ACCEPTANCE OF SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

By agreeing to E-Buys' subscription terms, you authorize us to charge the applicable membership fee periodically until you choose to cancel.

The first 10 days are free, after which a subscription fee of $192/year will be charged.

After placing your first order, you’ll receive an email receipt including the subscription terms. You can always find your past orders by logging into your account and navigating to “My Orders” in the menu.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND LEGAL TERMS

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing contact@ebuys.com (we respond within 24 hours on weekdays) or by logging into your account and selecting “My Membership.”

Please note: within the first 24 hours of activation, your subscription is locked for technical reasons and cannot be canceled manually. After that, cancellation is fully available. You can enjoy your trial period and cancel the next day if you wish—though we hope you'll stay and save even more.

Once canceled, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. However, if you cancel during the free trial period, your access will end immediately. No further charges will be made unless you choose to reactivate.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CARDHOLDER

Your membership becomes legally binding the moment you place your first order. By selecting the "Member Price" instead of "Normal Price," you agree to become a member.

As a member and cardholder, you are responsible for paying your membership fees until you actively cancel your subscription.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

Membership renews automatically to ensure continued access. After your 10-day free trial, you’ll be billed $192 annually.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You have the legal right to cancel your E-Buys subscription within 10 days of entering into the agreement.

This right begins once you complete a transaction using the Member Price and not when the recurring payments begin.

If you wish to cancel, you must notify us at least 10 days before the subscription is due to renew. You can email us at contact@ebuys.com clearly stating your intent to cancel.

REFUND POLICY

If you cancel your subscription, we will issue a refund promptly, no later than 10 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice.

All refunds will be made using the same payment method used in the original transaction.
