By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the terms below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for both sides.

1. General:
All orders are subject to stock availability. While we strive to keep our inventory accurate, occasionally there may be discrepancies. If this happens, we will fulfill available items and contact you regarding the out-of-stock product, offering you the choice of a refund or waiting for restocking.

2. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. This cost will be displayed at checkout and is final.

3. Returns:
3.1 Change of Mind Returns:
E-Buys accepts returns for change of mind within 14 days of item receipt, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once received and approved, store credit will be issued. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Returns:
We honor valid warranty claims within 90 days of receiving the item. Customers must prepay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon claim approval.
Processing time is usually 7 days after receiving the item. You may choose between:
(a) a refund to your payment method
(b) store credit
(c) a replacement (subject to availability)

4. Delivery Terms:
4.1 Domestic Transit Time:
Typically, deliveries within the country take 2 - 7 business days.
4.2 International Transit Time:
International orders generally take 4 - 22 business days, depending on the selected courier.
4.3 Dispatch Time:
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
4.4 Change of Delivery Address:
You may update your delivery address any time before dispatch.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping:
We can deliver to P.O. boxes using standard postal services only.
4.6 Out of Stock Items:
If an item is unavailable, we will wait for restocking before dispatch. Other items will be reserved.

6. Damaged Parcels:
