MEMBERSHIP

E-Buys is a members-only club that provides exceptional discounts on well-known perfume and cosmetics brands. To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old, which you confirm upon registration and your first purchase. E-Buys is intended for individual customers only. Membership costs $192 per year and is automatically renewed annually until you decide to cancel. You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your E-Buys account, or by emailing us at support@ebuys.com.

HOW TO BUY

When shopping at E-Buys, you can choose between two pricing options. To access exclusive discounts and offers, select the Member Price when adding a product to your cart. If you select the Member Price, a membership will automatically be added to your cart. If you are already a member, simply log in before shopping. New members receive a free trial period. If you've had a membership before, the $192 annual fee will be included with your order to reactivate it. Purchasing is only possible as an active member. Non-members cannot complete purchases on E-Buys.

ORDERS

Orders can only be placed via our website. If you have questions about products not listed online, email us at support@ebuys.com.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, log into your account and click “My Orders” at the top of the page. Find the order you wish to cancel and select “Cancel Order.” Orders can only be canceled before our warehouse begins processing.

ABOUT PRICES ON E-BUYS

You’ll see two prices under each product: Member Price and Normal Price. The Member Price is available only to subscribers and offers up to 50% discounts on more than 600 brands. To prevent reselling, a maximum of 1 item per product at Member Price is allowed per order. Normal Prices are available to view, but purchases require membership.

PAYMENT

We accept VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro. All fees and card costs are included in the displayed product and membership prices. Payments are only accepted via credit/debit card and will be processed when your order ships or your membership starts. No charges will exceed the approved amount at checkout. All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes. All agreements on E-Buys are made in English.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND PRODUCT RETURNS

E-Buys offers a 90-day return policy (beyond the standard 14-day legal minimum). This window starts from the date your order is delivered. To return an item, contact us at support@ebuys.com. We respond within 24 hours on business days. Refusing delivery is not considered cancellation unless accompanied by a written cancellation notice via email. For sealed goods (such as hygiene or cosmetic items), returns are not accepted once the seal is broken after delivery.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. Customers are responsible for return shipping and proper packaging.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

Products must be handled with care. Trying a product is allowed, but misuse or damage may reduce or void your refund. In the case of perfumes and cosmetics, packaging condition may affect refund eligibility. Please return items in their original, undamaged packaging.

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE

You are entitled to a full refund unless product misuse occurs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice and returned item(s). Only standard shipping costs will be refunded. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. We may withhold a refund until we have received your return or proof of return shipment.

WHAT TO INCLUDE WHEN RETURNING

Include a copy of your order confirmation. If not available, provide your order number or the email address used to place the order.

YOUR RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

E-Buys offers a 24-month complaint window from the delivery date, applicable to defects not caused by misuse. For products with a limited lifespan, this right may be shortened accordingly.

HOW QUICKLY SHOULD I FILE A COMPLAINT?

Report any issues as soon as possible. Complaints made within two months of discovering a problem are considered timely. Email support@ebuys.com with detailed information about the issue and include your order number or email address. If the complaint is valid, we will also refund your shipping expenses. Please keep your receipt. Note: We do not accept returns sent via Cash on Delivery (COD).

CHILDREN AND MINORS

Registration is only allowed for those 18 years or older. If underage, a parent or guardian must register and approve the purchase. Parents may cancel unauthorized memberships at any time.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you register with E-Buys, your name, address, phone number, and email are stored securely in our encrypted database. This data is required for order processing and accounting purposes and is stored in compliance with legal retention rules (5 years). You have the right to review or delete your data at any time. Contact us at support@ebuys.com. We never sell or share your data. Your email, if registered for our newsletter, is used solely for E-Buys communication and can be unsubscribed at any time via the link in our emails.

COOKIES

E-Buys uses cookies to enhance your browsing experience and show relevant products and offers. Cookies store anonymous behavior data (e.g., clicked items, visitor type) and cannot identify you personally. They typically expire in 12 months.
